Crudo, Puglia, Italy - 750 ml
Made from Puglia's signature olives, Ogliarola. The olives are grown, harvested and pressed on the grower's farm using a process that minimizes oxidation and helps to produce a pure oil rich in polyphenols.
Crudo means "raw" in italian and is an excellent finishing oil. It has a pleasing bitterness. Top any dish from salads to bread dips, pasta, beans and other proteins. Pair it with some red wine vinegar for added flavour.
Federicus, Italy - 500 ml
A well balanced olive oil in a small glass bottle format, easy to transport. This olive oil pairs well with any dish, adding a well rounded taste and texture without compromising the flavour of your other ingredients.
La Tourangelle, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spain - 750 ml
Well-balanced with a light peppery finish, made from Picual olives in Andalucía, Spain. The tin bottle format of this bottle makes it light and easy to carry despite its large 750 ml volume. Excellent base in recipes to bring together all other flavours. We particularly love it in herb sauces.
